Free Design

As part of our design package we offer;

• CAD designs

• Hydraulic Calculations

• Advising on the best Sprinkler System for your particular property. providing specification, marked up drawings and data in a pack ready for the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) - i.e. Authority Building Control, Approved Building Inspector and the Fire Safety Officer.

We can help and advise so that, for example at the early design stages of a development, the actual cost of installing a sprinkler system can be largely offset by the savings that can be had through 'trade-offs' which can be negotiated with Building Control.

Some of these 'trade-offs' can be:

• Reducing the fire protection to 30 minutes

• Omitting 2 way lobbies

• Omitting Fire Doors

• Omitting Secondary Stairways

• Omitting Fire Retaining Walls

• Freedom of Design - Open Plan for example

• Extending Travel Distance

• Restricted Access to Fire & Rescue Services

Installation

• Quality installations by our approved and experienced engineers.

Maintenance

• Every project undertaken is offered a maintenance contract that is carried out annually and recertified. It is then our responsibility until the following maintenance / service date.
